Purpose:To lead and support the management of MEHRD’s human resources to ensure their fair, efficient and effective use improves learning outcomes for students.

Responsible for human resource management, development, recruitment, performance, establishment and manpower planning to ensure more than half of the nation’s public service are strategically managed to deliver education outcomes efficiently and within budget.
